I’m Vince Covino — founder, investor, and author.

Over two decades, I’ve built companies that touched over 20 million people, raised tens of millions in capital, and managed more than $150 million in assets across 36 states. I’ve launched multi-location ventures, created teams of 500+, and lived through both extraordinary wins and epic failures.

But my mission now is different.

Today, I help purpose-driven business owners scale consciously — connecting them to capital, strategy, and investor partnerships that align with their vision, values, and velocity.

For much of my career, my identity was built on external validation — titles, achievements, and the expectations placed on me. Growing up in the Mormon faith, I didn’t question those structures until I stepped away and reexamined my life and purpose.

What I discovered is this: significance comes when you transcend yourself — when the mastery you’ve earned fuels the growth of others.

That’s why I use my experience in capital markets, scaling large businesses, and investing to help founders bring their visions into the world with integrity and strength.
